Boyd Landis

Chief Experience Officer, Co-Founder

Boyd Landis is a creative media professional dedicated to helping people take their next steps in faith and community engagement. He currently serves as a Worship and Creative Arts Media Specialist at The Naz Church, where he contributes across multiple disciplines including media production, video creation, online ministry direction, archival work, and utility operations.

Since joining The Naz Church in 2021, Boyd has played a key role in shaping digital and in-person worship experiences through thoughtful storytelling, technical excellence, and a heart for ministry. 

Boyd holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Industry and Worship Ministries from Capital University, where he was actively involved in Phi Mu Alpha, CRU, and Embrace Ministries.  His combined background in music, worship leadership, media, and ministry uniquely equips him to create compelling, mission-driven content that supports the church’s vision and nurtures meaningful spiritual growth.

Jason Gleim

Chief Technical Officer, Co-Founder

Jason Gleim is a seasoned technology leader with more than 25 years of experience in software development, IT operations, and platform engineering.  He currently serves as the Vice President of Technology at Smart Church Solutions, where he leverages extensive expertise in systems architecture, software engineering, IoT, and team leadership to drive the organization’s mission of delivering innovative facilities management technology to the house of worship and private school spaces.

Before joining Smart Church, Jason held key technical roles across several organizations, including serving as Director of Platform Engineering at the Mid-Ohio Food Collective, Director of Information Technology at Nfocus Consulting, and contributing as a senior software developer and engineer at other industry leading organizations. His experience spans application development, enterprise system design, network operaitons, automation, and modern DevOps practices.

Alongside his professional career, Jason has also invested deeply in ministry-related technical leadership. He has served as Director of Technology at Shepherd Church of the Nazarene, overseeing network operations, communication systems, and production technology while leading a large volunteer team across audio, lighting, video, and live-streaming ministries.

 Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from The Ohio State University and maintains advanced certifications including Dante Level 3.  Known for his blend of technical excellence, problem-solving acumen, and team-centric leadership, he continues to drive innovation in both professional and ministry environments.

Joshua Aleshire

Chief Operations Officer, Co-Founder

Joshua Aleshire is a Kingdom‑driven entrepreneur and systems architect building technology that strengthens the Church’s ability to communicate, disciple, and grow in a digital age.

With a background in network engineering, digital platforms, and operational design, Joshua brings an operator’s mindset to ministry innovation combining strategic clarity with scalable, tech‑forward execution.

He develops workflow tools designed specifically for churches and faith‑based organizations. His work focuses on solving real operational challenges by improving communication pipelines, elevating visual identity, and equipping ministries with the infrastructure they need to reach people effectively both online and in person.

Joshua is passionate about bridging the gap between ministry vision and modern technology. He partners with pastors, creative teams, and ministry leaders to build systems that are sustainable for long‑term Kingdom impact. His approach blends design, streamlined processes, and a deep conviction that excellence honors God and empowers the Church to thrive in a digital world.

Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Networking and a Master’s in Business Administration from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.

Joe Aleshire

Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder

Joe Aleshire is a creative media producer, storyteller, and ministry communicator with a passion for helping organizations share meaningful stories that inspire connection and drive engagement. With a strong background in audio production, video direction, and digital content strategy, Joe specializes in transforming ideas into compelling media that serves both mission and audience.

Joe currently produces a wide range of content for the church community, which has included the The Shepnaz Podcast, the PGK Podcast, and the Vineyard Church “Be Still” Podcast. He leads conversations with ministry leaders, educators, and creatives. His work highlights transformational stories, community initiatives, and spiritual insights—helping the church extend its impact beyond Sunday services. Joe is known for his ability to create engaging long‑form discussions as well as short‑form promotional pieces, always with clarity, excellence, and authenticity.

Whether he’s developing episodic series like Worship Wednesday, producing multi‑day interviews with community partners, or crafting humorous and memorable visual concepts, Joe approaches every project with a blend of professionalism, curiosity, and creative energy.

Joe is driven by a desire to elevate the voices and stories that matter—using media as a bridge to connect people, celebrate growth, and strengthen community.

Joe studied as a vocal music performance major at The Ohio State University and gradutated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
